CL1 /PRare in Italy

Welding for the railway sector

Certified to UNI EN 15085-2:2023 (EN 15085-2:2020 + A1:2023) at level CL 1 /P. A rare certification in Italy: it attests FDM's ability to design, qualify and produce welded joints for rail vehicles and components subject to the most critical stresses. Examining body: IIS CERT, Notified Body no. 0475.

UNI EN ISO 3834-2

Comprehensive requirements

Quality in fusion welding

Certified to UNI EN ISO 3834 Part 2:2021 (certificate 2/IT/334 Rev. 9). It guarantees control of the entire welding process: procedure qualification (WPS), certified welders, material control, traceability and final inspection. Scope: support frames and containment enclosures for equipment.
